Jill L. Barrett, MPP, PCC develops leaders, teams and talent to innovate and foster impactful change. As Founder and Managing Partner of Evolve Impact®, she guides a team of over 30 experienced coaches and consultants who collaborate with clients, using adult learning methodologies, to facilitate significant organizational transformations.

An executive coach and award-winning innovator, Jill has supported hundreds of senior executives and middle managers, led workshops, retreats and change initiatives across a diverse range of U.S. organizations including Disney, Apple, Google, Warner Bros. Discovery, Siemens, Salesforce, Merrill and Entrepreneurs’ Organization. Jill integrates traditional and cutting-edge methodologies from neuroscience, depth psychology, linguistics, systems engineering and other disciplines, utilizing tools like the Integrative Enneagram, where she is a certified practitioner. She has also held roles as an executive coach and facilitator at Bridge Partnership, a conscious business coach at BetterUp and an executive coach at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

Jill has served as a top executive at a philanthropic, business-oriented nonprofit, developed international entrepreneurial programs at a global NGO and initiated numerous cross-sector technology initiatives in local government. She was recognized as a leading innovator shaping Washington, D.C.’s future consecutively for two years by Washington Life Magazine. Jill earned a Master of Public Policy from the College of William & Mary and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Psychology from the University of West Florida.

Jill holds an Integral Coach® credential from renowned holistic coaching school New Ventures West and Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She is a Mentor Coach with ICF, Affiliate Member of the Harvard Institute of Coaching (IOC) and Member of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP). Jill earned certificates from Stanford University in Organizational Analysis, Design Thinking and Technology Entrepreneurship and from Vanderbilt University in Leading Strategic Innovation in Organizations. She is trained in the neuroscience of change and the treatment of trauma through the National Institute for the Clinical Application of Behavioral Medicine (NICABM).

Jill is a resilient optimist and visionary leader who inspires her clients through uncertainty, risk and setbacks, telling the story of what things will look like once they're built and getting her clients excited about the process of building.
