Deirdre Soraci, PCC is an executive leadership coach, facilitator and team coach. She is a growth-oriented and results-focused professional with more than 20 years of global and multi-sector work experience. In her work as an executive coach, Deirdre has provided leadership and team development for global organizations, working across functionalities and focusing on executive development and training with leaders in Asia, Oceania, South America, Europe, Africa and the US. She has led leadership coaching engagements with C-suite executives in various sized US companies, startup founders, heads of non-profits and colonels in the US Air Force. She is an executive leadership coach and facilitator for Chief, an international organization of female C-suite executives and an executive leadership coach at the Harvard Business School. She currently leads a team as the Director of Strategic Partnerships and Marketing for the International Coach Federation of the state of Maryland.
Deirdre has a keen ear for balancing performance outcomes with a holistic approach in coaching. She focuses on value and efficiency in each engagement, ever mindful of the demands of time her executive clients face. Formerly a series 7 licensed trader working in Tokyo, Japan and speaking Japanese, Deirdre has first-hand experience of juggling complexities in a fast-paced business environment. She has lived and worked on four continents and has developed a high level of cultural humility and systems awareness, allowing her to integrate and leverage cultural differences and alternative perspectives for expanded awareness and greater effectiveness.
Deirdre is an insatiable learner and consistently searches for new tools to enhance her coaching and support her clients. She is an internationally certified professional coach and certified in Team Coaching, Emotional Intelligence, Positive Intelligence, Facilitation, Immunity to Change and the Leadership Circle Profile 360. Deirdre holds a B.A. in Economics from Trinity College and a Certificate in Financial Planning from Georgetown University. Prior to dedicating herself to coaching, Deirdre’s early career spans assignments with Booz Allen and Hamilton and Merrill Lynch, Japan to Deputy Executive Director with Focus in London, England.
In addition to a passion for coaching, Deirdre loves hiking, nature, photography and travel. She enjoys spending time with her beautiful family and loves to entertain groups of family and friends.
