Andrea Tecce is the Chief Financial Officer at HumanSide, a learning design and culture development organization dedicated to helping companies enhance their workplace effectiveness. Before joining HumanSide, Andrea played a pivotal role at PPL, where she was brought on in 2018 to prepare the company for sale. As a key member of the management team during this critical transition, she contributed to impressive growth: revenue increased by 33%, and EBITDA grew by 82% during her tenure prior to the sale.
Andrea had a distinguished 25-year career at Navigant Consulting where she held several positions, which included Chief Operating Officer for the Global Legal and Technology Solutions practice, Segment Controller and Managing Director where she served as an expert witness in product liability and insurance coverage litigation matters. Previously, she spent a year working for Lead Star helping their clients develop leaders. Andrea is a highly motivated and collaborative leader with a tenacious commitment to optimizing business operations by identifying and solving complex problems, driving sales, maximizing profitability, growing market share and empowering employees.
Andrea is passionate about women’s leadership and has earned a reputation as a trusted mentor to many. She has served on several boards, including the DC Women’s Bar Association Foundation, National Institute for Trial Advocacy (NITA), Women’s Leadership & Mentoring Alliance (WLMA) Executive Committee and UPWARD Advisory Council. She currently serves as a board member for the Tilton School.
